VW transporter T3 (or T25 in the UK, Vanagon in the US) in matt Military Green. The 'squarer' box-shape of the T3 gained it the name 'wedge' and 'brick'. The round headlamps show this example to be pre-1986 (late 80s models have rectangular lights).

This early eighties VW T25 (T3, Vanagon) transporter has been canibalised
Lovely old bay window VW Transporter basking in the Prague sunshine
Beautifully restored VW T1 Transporter / pop up Camper - split windscreen (as was the case with all vans produced before 1967) and looking sharp!
Very nice baywindow (T2) Westie bus, with suitably 70s colour scheme: sage green (L63H) and pastel white (L90D). The black and white front bumper, pop up top and chromed hubs with white wall tyres complete the look.
This Volkswagen T1 pickup truck has so much character. A variant of the VW Transporter / Camper / Kombi Van, with split windshield and added extra lamp above. Photographed in Padstow, Cornwall, UK. Standard 1600cc petrol engine.
Beautiful old Volkswagen type 1 modified panel van - naturally with split windscreen, as was the case on all Transporters pre-1967. Converted into a camper van, really great to see it still up and running, and taking people on holiday! Produced at VW's Hanover plant in 1958.
What a stunner.. you can't beat a chrome bumper..
Very nice early 1960s T1 split-screen transporter van - looking good with a crisp paint job, white wall tyres and chrome hubcaps. Left hand drive import.
This is one badass T1 transporter.. what a looker! It's a D reg, half a century old, but probably never looked better.
A really nice left hand drive Volkswagen spilt screen transporter van. This is presumably one of the last 'splitties' - the move to a single fixed windscreen (T2) was in late 1967 - at least for European-built examples. What a stunning VW bus!
A very cool pair of baywindow VW T2 Transporters
Very funky artic lime transporter van - UK registered S-reg (1977/78) with Westfalia pop-up roof - but a left hand drive import. Note the deep front bumper and boxed-in spare wheel. A vehicle produced towards the end of the T2 / bay window era.
The 1980s VW T3 Transporter (T25, Vanagon) doesn't have the curves of the 70s T2 vans but despite the boxy shape still retains the feel of the originals. The contrast in size (most notably width) is apparent in these pictures. Beyond 1985, the T3 gained rectangular headlamps, in contrast to the round ones fitted here. The grill between the indicators shows this to be a water-cooled, rather than air-cooled example
