1967 Austin Westminster mk2 in duotone Fern Green / Sutherland Green finish. The final Austin Westminster variant was the ADO53 (BMC design code) A110 Westminster mk2. A110 production ran 1961-1968, with the mk2 introduced in 1964. The vast majority of Austin Westminster production was at Longbridge, Birmingham, but this moved to Cowley for the last couple years (from 1966). So this '67 Westminster has Oxfordshire origins. This is a great looking car! 2112cc. Registered May 1967.

The Daimler 250 2.5 V8 Saloon was produced between 1962 and 1967. The engine was a Daimler 2.5-litre V8 (2548cc), whilst the body was based on the Jaguar mk2 (Jaguar 240 and Jaguar 340), though internally more luxurious, with a number of external Daimler features: Daimler front grille, wheels, rear number plate surround etc. Daimler was, of course, owned by Jaguar at this time, with the Daimler marque reserved for their most luxurious saloons. It's a great looking and beautifully built car! This one was registered in March 1967.
This is a beauty! Very small but totally cool. 1967 Fiat 500F - two door left-hand drive. The 500F was available between 1965 and 1973 and was the first Fiat 500 model to have front hinged doors. 650 cc, registered January 1967.
The Fiat 500 was designed by Dante Giacosa, and released in the summer of 1957. Ten years on, and the design had been refined somewhat; now with front hinged doors, and a smaller sunroof, but still with the same classic Italian elegance, perfect for the narrow streets of Rome, Milan, Turin...
This is a wonderful example of a '67 Fiat 500F - one of 4 million Fiat 500 (cinquecento) cars built in Italy between July 1957 and 1975. The 500F is an upgrade on the previous 500D - most obviously in it's new front-hinged doors. Check out the rear hinged 'suicide' doors on an earlier Fiat 500D. This 499cc right hand drive example was first registered in the UK in February 1967.
The Ford Cortina was launched in the UK in 1967, with the mk II appearing in late 1966. A variety of different variants were built at the Ford plant in Dagenham, Essex. This example, the Cortina Super is a four door saloon car, with 1500cc petrol engine. The Cortina, was Britain's best-selling car of 1967.
This is a lovely car. Two seat convertible (roadster) E-type in metallic Silver Blue. Fitted with the larger 4235cc engine (as were all E-types after October '64). One of the last series 1 E-type Jaguars produced - this one was registered in November 1967, and of course built in Coventry, UK.
Check this out. 1966 Marcos GT, built in Bradford-on Avon, UK - originally red and equipped with the 1500cc Ford Kent I4 engine. Currently stunning yellow and upgraded to 1700cc. First registered March 1967.
Very cool classic Merc... a 1967 Mercedes-Benz 250SL (W113) with removable hard-top 'pagoda' roof. Two door, two seat convertible. This was a really short-lived Mercedes W113 variant, with production running December 1966 to January 1968. Of the 5196 examples built, 5177 were completed in 1967. And it is a very highly regarded car indeed. Not surprising really... check it out!

The wood (ash) framed estate version of the Morris Minor 1000 appeared in 1953, with an upgrade (including a larger engine size) in 1962. This example, first registered in September 1967, features the same larger (1098cc) engine as the Morris 1100 (and other ADO16 variants). Production took place over three BMC plants: Cowley (chassis), Coventry (bodywork) and Abingdon (final assembly).
1967 Triumph Vitesse. The Triumph Vitesse was produced between 1962 and 1971, available as a 2-door saloon, and 3-door estate, and (as shown here) a 2-door convertible. This one was registered in January 1967. The engine has been upgraded to a 2997cc Stag V8 - hence the modified Vitesse 8 badging on the rear. Very cool classic Triumph.
The Volkswagen type 1 or Beetle (also T1, Bug) is probably the best known automobile of all time. This semi-refurbished two-door example hails from 1967.
Late sixties Wolseley in beautiful condition - sleek in black! The Wolseley 16/60 replaced the 15/60 in 1961, before being replaced, itself, in 1971 by the Wolseley 18/85. Manufacture was at the Oxfordshire BMC (British Motor Corporation) plant at Cowley, with 63082 example built over the ten years.
